Space City Drone Team 

 

In addition to the duties mentioned on the Leadership page, I had the following responsibilities:

• Budgeting material, tooling, and equipment costs for airframe construction and testing

• Building, equipping, and flying the test plane (pictured below)

• ​Serving as the safety pilot for the team​

  • take over manual control of the drone in case of autopilot system failure​

• Teaching team members necessary skills​

  • CADing, soldering, wiring of electric hardware​, balancing propeller​
